Age Limit: 18 – 37 Years

1. Name of Post: Steno-typist

No of Posts: 4 posts, (3 SC, 01-BC)

Pay Scale: Rs.5910 – 20200 + grade pay Rs.2000

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have done Matriculate in 1st Class, 10+2/Intermediate in Second Class or Graduate of a recognized Education Board or University. Candidate should possess a minimum speed of 80 w.p.m. in Punjabi Shorthand and 60 w.p.m. in English shorthand and to be transcribed at the speed of 15 w.p.m. Candidate should also have at least 2 years working experience on computer. Candidate must have done minimum of six months computer course from a reputed institute.

2. Name of Post: Clerk (Accounts)

No of Posts: 4 posts, (2-SC, 01-BC, 01-Ex serviceman)

Pay Scale: Rs.5910 – 20200 + grade pay Rs.1900

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should have done at least 2nd class Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized university and should have at least 2 years working experience on computer. Candidate must have done minimum of six months computer course from a reputed institute.

3. Name of Post: Clerk cum Data Entry operator

No of Posts: 11osts, (3-SC, 05-BC, 02- SC Ex serviceman, 01- SC Sportsman)

Pay Scale: Rs.5910 – 20200 + grade pay Rs.1900

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should have done at least 1st Class matriculate/Higher Secondary or 2nd Class 10+2 or graduate of a recognized University. Candidate must have minimum speed of 30 / w.p.m. each in Punjabi and English typewriting. Candidate should possess a diploma or certificate in data entry operator course on computer, with experience of at least 2 years in operating data entry machines/computer. Candidate must have done minimum of six months computer course from a reputed institute

Application Fee: Rs.400 for General Candidates and Rs.100 for SC/ST candidates.
